HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM?

It's easy! Refer to the procedure that best suits your situation (30-day return, defective product return, warranty activation return) below and follow the steps indicated. Please note that products must be returned new and unworn, in their original, undamaged box. We recommend using the same shipping carton or a similar package for your return.

30-DAY RETURN

Changed your mind? No problem, with our online store, you have 30 days from the date the package was shipped (not the date of receipt, as this is unknown to us) to return your item.

> Step 1 : log in to your account, accessible from the store header, to access your order history then click on the order in question

> Step 2 : check the product to be returned then the reason for return and click on "Generate a return"

> Step 3 : this will then be displayed in the "My merchandise returns" section of your account. Print the return label by clicking on the "+" button for the return in question and place it in the package

> Step 4 : pack the product and go to the post office of your choice to send the package to us. In this case, the return costs are your responsibility. Under the Distance Selling regulations, you have a legal withdrawal period of 7 days, or 7 days to return products purchased online. For your convenience, our team extends this period to 30 days.

RETURN OF DEFECTIVE PRODUCT

Is the product you received broken or defective? Don't worry, we'll take care of everything. First, you need to notify us which item is affected by following these steps:

> Step 1 : log in to your account, accessible from the store header, to access your order history then click on the order in question

> Step 2 : check the product to be returned then specify the reason for return and click on "Generate a return"

> Step 3 : this will then appear in the "My merchandise returns" section of your account. Print the return label by clicking on the "+" button for the return in question and place it in the package.

> Step 4 Once your request has been processed by our team, you will be provided with a prepaid shipping label. You will need to detach and retain the proof of deposit, then affix the rest to the package.

> Step 5 : drop everything off at the post office of your choice, keeping the proof of deposit stamped by the postal services safe and sound. You will then be able to track your return using the parcel number on this proof at the following address: http://www.coliposte.net/

RETURN ACTIVATION GUARANTEE

Have you had your product for more than 30 days and are experiencing a problem? If the product is still under manufacturer warranty, you can either contact the manufacturer directly or visit our online store. We are official resellers of the brands we distribute. To do this, follow the same procedure as for a 30-day return, and don't forget to include your warranty card in the package. Shipping costs to our store are your responsibility; we will handle the rest with the manufacturer.
